Ocean Comfort Course - 9 am carpool meet up @2327 Broadway, Oakland (Red Bay Coffee Box). Start Time: 10 am, Location: Twin Lakes. Specific location & details will be shared upon RSVP.

Meet us down at Sunny Cove Beach for an Ocean Comfort Course where we will be connecting with the ocean in a variety of different ways, and learning safe practices, so that you can feel comfortable moving forward in your aquatic adventures. In this course we will be discussing tides and wave patterns, Ocean safety tips, breathwork, and a guided ocean experience with boogie boards and snorkel gear.
